If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, within 14 days from delivery you can return one or more items and choose to receive other replacement items or exercise your right of withdrawal. If these days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept your return/refund request.
The right of return and withdrawal is considered properly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:
- the products must not have been used and/or damaged;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging with the warranty seal applied to the product (not present on all products);
- the returned products must be sent in one shipment.
Having verified the three conditions, there are three options available to you:
"Product Exchange" (by specifying to the attendant the size you wish to receive in exchange, also it is free of charge for all orders over 75€ of expenditure with no further promotions applied);
"Gift Card" (voucher that allows you to keep money online in order to use it as virtual money on the site);
"Refund" (specifying to the relevant staff, by email, on which products purchased to receive a refund).
N.B: Any home pickup costs and any shipping costs will be deducted for refunds (the free shipping promotion lapses when the new order total is less than 75€).

Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days after the return is returned to our office to verify that the goods are returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.
When making a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs unless the customer has received a defective product. In that case, we will arrange for pickup. Contact our Customer Service Team within 3 days. After the 3-day deadline has passed, you will no longer be able to request the free pickup service.
It is understood that the risks of transportation for the return of the Products will be fully borne by the Buyer.
Wereserve the right not to accept products from the same order, returned and shipped at different times.
In the unlikely event that the return is made in an unacceptable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

In some cases, only partial refunds are guaranteed:
